If you require equipment and/or waste collection please help us to help you by providing at least 7 working days notice.

Please note that unfortunately we are not able to help with the collection and disposal of large scale items such as commercial fishing nets from privately owned beaches, due to the disposal costs involved in such an operation.Data provided by you will only be used to process your request, in partnership with Cornwall Council and Biffa. Please try your best to look after the equipment, remember the equipment is used by lots of groups around Cornwall. If the tabards get really smelly please try to give them a wash off.

Due to high demand we need to restrict equipment loans to a maximum of 20. We will try to accommodate larger requests where possible, but aim to ensure every group/activity has access to the same resources.

All your equipment will be packed into a Clean Cornwall hold-all. We hope this makes it easy to carry and to keep track of. Your Clean Cornwall hold-all will also include some gloves which if you use, they are yours to keep. Please return any unused black and red bags along with loaned equipment for the next community group to use.

Depots are manned Monday to Friday – 10am to 1pm for collection of material. Please ensure that you return all the equipment you borrowed. There may be another community tidy up group waiting for your equipment to be returned so please bring it back on time.

If yes, you will be asked to complete a risk assessment which we will send as part of confirmation of your registered event.

We will endeavour to collect the waste within 24hrs Therefore please ensure the waste is protected from the weather and wildlife.

Be as clear and precise as possible and please leave the bags where you say they will be.
